Welcome to Kohaku. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kohakusoap.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are. The Site is operated by Kohaku ("we," "us," "our"). For all enquiries: kohakusoap@protonmail.com.

2. Our products. Kohaku sells persimmon deodorizing soap and related goods. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Kohaku is a cosmetic cleansing bar; it is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary, and nothing on the Site is medical advice.

3. Orders & pricing. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may be displayed in your local currency by conversion. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced or out of stock; if we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

4. Subscriptions. Subscription purchases are governed by our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including the Kohaku name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws (such as the Australian Consumer Law or similar in your country). Subject to those rights, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
